This Privacy Policy explains how RideON (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal data when you use https://rideon.id and related services, including content publishing to social platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

1. Who we are

RideON is an operating system for cable parks and resorts (reception, operations, payments, analytics, and related tools). The data controller for this website and the publishing tools described here is RideON Operating Systems, Italy.

2. Data we collect

Account and contact data: name, email, company, and messages you send us (for example via [email protected]).
Facility and operations data: data you enter into RideON for park operations (guests, subscriptions, RFID, billing), processed to provide the product you contracted.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, and basic logs needed to run and secure the site.
Social publishing data: if you connect a social account, we receive the identifiers and tokens needed to act on your behalf. For TikTok this may include your TikTok open_id, access and refresh tokens, granted scopes, and creator profile information required to publish content you approve.
Content: captions, media files, and posting metadata that you create or approve for publication.

3. How we use TikTok

If you authorize RideON through TikTok Login Kit, we use the TikTok Content Posting API only to publish videos (or drafts) to your TikTok account, after you have approved the content. We do not post without that authorization. We do not sell TikTok data. We do not use TikTok data to build unrelated advertising profiles.

You can revoke access at any time in TikTok (Manage app permissions) and by writing to [email protected]. After revocation we stop calling the TikTok API with your tokens and delete or invalidate stored tokens.

TikTok’s own processing is described in the TikTok Privacy Policy.

4. Legal bases (GDPR)

Contract: to provide RideON and publishing features you asked for.
Consent: connecting TikTok/Instagram and optional communications.
Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, and improving the service, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
Legal obligation: invoicing, tax, and similar duties.

5. Sharing

We share data only with processors who help us run the service (hosting, email, media generation) under contract, and with platforms you connect (TikTok, Meta/Instagram) so we can publish as you instructed. We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal retention for invoices. Social tokens are kept while the connection is active and removed when you disconnect or the token expires and cannot be renewed.

7. Your rights

If you are in the EEA/UK you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and you may withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in Italy: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). Write to [email protected].

8. Children

The website and publishing tools described here are for users aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through these pages.

9. Cookies

This marketing site uses only technical storage needed to remember language/theme preferences. We do not run advertising cookies on these pages.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after an update means you have read the revised policy.
